- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, berries, oats, almond flour, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
