Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, berries, oats, almond flour, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
